HTC Bravo January release date rumours surface
The HTC Bravo may be launching in the UK before the end of January – 3 months ahead of its predicted release…
We’ve seen the HTC Bravo surface on the net in several guises so far, first as the Dragon, and then later as the HTC Passion and now we’ve had confirmation that the handset will be on sale on the Orange network as the Bravo before the end of the month.

Pictures of the device surfaced on a Russian AI blog in early December, but we haven’t heard a peep since then.
Taking a look at a quick overview of the leaked specs reveals that the Bravo should ship with the following:
It’ll also arrive packing the Snapdragon 1Ghz processor, which means that lag shouldn’t be a problem.
It’s a bit of a surprise to hear that the Bravo might be arriving nearly 3 months before its predicted release date in April, but we’ve also heard that it may still be launching as the Passion in January in the US, which adds some weight to the suggestion that we’ll see it on our shelves before February.
We’ll keep you updated as usual, but we like the look of the Passion, so we’ll keep a close eye on this one as it progresses towards launch.

“we’ve had confirmation that the handset will be on sale on the Orange network as the Bravo before the end of the month.”
Please describe where this confirmation comes from since it’s the basis of this story. For what it’s worth, I have heard information to the contrary, that the Bravo isn’t coming to Orange until late march (source: http://bit.ly/5PunZX)
We spoke to an Orange employee who confirmed it as one of the handsets due this month, we’re trying to get further details at the moment.
Thanks for stopping by!
I called my local Orange store to ask about the bravo, and was told that no current training is planned for sales. However a hint was dropped by the manager I spoke with that ‘Online Rumors are usually accurate to a degree and if the rumor mill sugests Orange are getting the Bravo early there may be a degree of credibility to that’.
