Midnight Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 launch madness – come play with us now!

Despite having a pre-order safely tucked away, we heard about a local retailer selling the game at bargain basement prices, clearly with our love of a bargain and the opportunity to check out the in-store midnight madness first hand, we just couldn’t pass it up.

Arriving slightly later than we had hoped for in anticipation of the midnight deadline, we found ourself somewhere near the back of a 100+ strong queue, but took a number and waited in line.

SOME time later we found ourselves handing over just £26 pounds for a copy on the PS3 and walking out of the store very happy campers indeed, relieved that we hadn’t been one of the unfortunate many who had waited, only for supplies to come up short.

Safely holed-up back in BBT HQ’s gaming room, we’ve put together a dual-screen set-up for a bit of Co-op Special Ops mode; 20 mins in, and all we can say is WOW! From what we’ve seen so far, if you’re a FPS fan, then go and buy this game.

We’ll be hitting up the online modes for a while so come and drop by, just add BANGBANGTECH on the PSN network.
